1. Product Type Disclaimer – Digital/Virtual Goods
All products sold on this website are digital/virtual products, including but not limited to templates, e-books, online courses, digital art, presets, software licenses, audio/video files, printables, membership access, and other downloadable or online-access-only content.
No physical goods will be shipped to you. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access, download links, or authorization to the purchased digital content.
2. Refund Eligibility Rule for Virtual Products
Due to the instantaneous delivery and non-returnable nature of digital files once accessed/downloaded, we adhere to the following strict refund terms:
- No Refund After Access/Download: Once you have received the download link, logged into the course/member area, opened, saved, or viewed any part of the digital product, refunds will not be issued. Digital goods cannot be returned or taken back after delivery.
- Only Valid Refund Scenarios (Within 24 Hours of Purchase): Refund requests will only be approved if all the below conditions are fully met:
- You have NOT downloaded, opened, viewed, or accessed any part of the digital product;
- You submit a formal refund request via our official support email within 24 hours after payment;
- You provide clear proof that you were unable to receive the product link due to our technical system error (e.g., broken download link, permanent access failure confirmed by our team).
- Ineligible for Refund: We reject all refund requests for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind, no longer need the product, purchased the wrong item by personal mistake;
- You failed to read the product description, preview, requirements before checkout;
- Your device/system cannot run/open the digital file (we clearly list all system/software requirements on each product page);
- Partial dissatisfaction with product content, style, or effect after viewing/downloading;
- Failed to claim your file due to missed email, spam folder, or self-caused operation errors.
3. How to Submit a Refund Request
If you qualify for a refund under Section 2, contact our support team with the following information:
- Full order number
- Exact purchase date and payment screenshot
- Detailed description of the technical issue + supporting screenshotsWe will review your application within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and it may take 7–15 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Product Updates & Technical Support
We provide free minor updates for purchased digital products where stated on the product page. If you encounter technical issues opening or using the file without requesting a refund, please contact our support team for troubleshooting guidance before submitting a refund application. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your access problems.
5. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We reserve the right to deny any refund request suspected of abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or repeated false refund claims. For fraudulent chargebacks, we will record relevant transaction evidence and pursue corresponding rights.
